Verify identity, confirm organization authority, and assign only authorized products.
Approval does not sign a contract or charge enrollment. Product assignments control the private sales report. For multiple approved representatives of one organization, use the same entity ID deliberately; they share content management. Separate entities must use different IDs.

Historical card sales are grouped by card owner. Pack sales stay with the organization, not individual athletes. These are imported retail sales, not payouts or Index valuations.
