Adjust sell-through & approved deductions
100%

For example, agreed production or transaction expenses. These are deducted before the split. Tax and pass-through shipping are excluded. The enrollment fee is separate. Zero here does not mean the program has no costs.

These are hypothetical retail sales projections, not guaranteed sales, profits, appraisals, or secondary-market card values. Auction revenue is excluded. Quantities, costs, and final pricing require approval. Sell-through is applied equally across card types; fractional units are rounded down for each type.

A separate opportunity

Rare editions.
Real bidding.

Individually numbered cards can be considered for approved auctions. These proposed opening bids sit outside the retail estimator and are not appraisals or guaranteed sale prices.

1 of 1 One-of-One$500+
1 of 5 Limited Edition$250+

Actual results depend on demand, bids, provenance, and auction acceptance. Each consignment needs its own written approval, inventory allocation, fees, and payout terms. Independent collector resales do not automatically pay the athlete.

The program agreement.

The Athlete keeps their name, image, likeness, signature, and personal brand rights. Lab 111 receives only the limited permission needed to produce and sell the collection you approve.

Ownership, licensing & approvals

You retain your NIL and pre-existing rights. The nonexclusive license covers only approved cards and related promotion during the agreement term. Artwork, photography, league marks, edition sizes, signatures, and authentication all require the appropriate approvals. No new editions or reprints without written consent.

Under the supplied agreement, Lab 111 owns manufactured physical inventory until sold unless agreed otherwise in writing. Your NIL and personal brand remain yours; physical card ownership does not transfer those rights or Lab 111 intellectual property.

Collection & pricing

The agreement’s initial collection is 50 physical cards: 25 base and 25 autographed. The estimator’s optional specialty-card scenario is illustrative only; specialty production, reprints, quantities, costs, and revenue shares require separate mutual written approval. All card types can be priced within the agreed $14.99–$149.99 range based on rarity and demand. Lab 111 consults the Athlete before setting or materially changing prices. Auction allocations cannot be counted twice.

Revenue split, deductions & the $200 option

Option A has free enrollment and a 50/50 split of Net Sales Receipts. Option B has a separate $200 one-time enrollment fee and a 70/30 split in the Athlete's favor. Net Sales Receipts exclude separately charged tax and shipping, then deduct refunds, chargebacks, processing fees, marketplace or auction commissions, and jointly approved discounts. Ordinary design, printing, packaging, and fulfillment labor are covered by Lab 111’s share and cannot be deducted again without specific written agreement.

The $200 fee is payable after signing and is nonrefundable except where Lab 111 materially fails to perform. It is not a purchase of additional intellectual-property rights. No payment is collected on this page.

Fulfillment, statements & payouts

Lab 111 coordinates the production, authentication records, sales management, and fulfillment in the approved scope. Monthly statements are due by the 15th of the following month, with the Athlete’s undisputed share paid within 15 days thereafter. Statements show receipts, permitted deductions, and distributions. Reasonable reserves are limited to documented pending returns or chargebacks and reconciled within 60 days. Third-party authentication is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in an addendum.

Future resale & auction brokerage

Lab 111 may broker cards you own or consign, with your approval. Each later sale or auction requires separate terms identifying the cards, owner, fees, channel, any reserve, and payout. Retail revenue shares and brokerage fees are not automatically stacked. Independent collector resales do not automatically generate Athlete royalties.

Term, exit & no guaranteed earnings

The initial term is 12 months, renewing only by mutual written agreement. Termination without cause requires 30 days’ written notice; material breach has a 15-day cure period. Within 30 days after termination, Lab 111 reports unsold quantities and offers the Athlete remaining cards at documented direct unit production cost plus shipping. If declined, existing approved stock may be sold for up to 90 days at the agreed split; remaining cards are returned at shipping cost or destroyed at the Athlete’s written election. No new manufacturing during sell-off.

Sales, profits, appreciation, and auction results are not guaranteed. The supplied agreement specifies Florida law and Palm Beach County courts. Have counsel review the complete PDF, rights clearances, final costs, production scope, and applicable athlete-consent requirements before signing.
