Live video and paid fan auctions remain paused. Drafts do not reserve stock. Launch requires the checkout review below and your final confirmation.

Open a private $1 verification checkout and review the available online payment methods, shipping and tax setup. Do not submit payment. Confirm only after those settings are correct; this records your review, not a successful payment-processor test.
Launch an auction
Select a saved timed draft and review the athlete, card, quantity and bidding window. The review itself does not publish or reserve anything.
The final launch reserves the selected copies from Wix shop stock. Once launched, this studio cannot edit or cancel accepted auction commitments.
Create an auction draft
Drafts are private and do not reserve store stock. A real physical inventory reference, such as an approved edition and serial number, can appear in only one draft. Store prices and quantities are not changed.
Live video is paused. This existing draft has been kept; switch its mode to Timed auction before saving changes. No devices will be started.
Optional legacy OBS and external-platform setup
These are optional production notes, not requirements for the two website modes. Platform accounts are not connected. This website does not start OBS broadcasts, merge platform chats, create marketplace auctions or take payments.
Add https://www.lab111pro.com/auctions/overlay as an OBS Browser Source, using a 1280×300 viewport. It shows the first published unended lot; append ?lot=LOT_ID to select a specific published lot. It never exposes drafts or private guest links.
For the legacy guest bridge, create a protected VDO.Ninja room with a private main-director secret, room password and manual guest approval. Use director-generated guest invitations with ownership tokens. Do not share director links. Read the room-security limitations before inviting untrusted guests.

Your lots
Website lots use reserved Wix stock and Wix winner checkout. After bidding ends, finalize the lot to return only unsold copies; winning copies stay reserved for fulfillment. Unpaid winners need manual follow-up; there is no automatic resale or payment deadline. External listings stay on their own marketplace.
Guest requests paused
New requests, approvals and invitation delivery are paused with live video. Existing requests are preserved; you can still decline or revoke them. This does not disconnect a guest from an external service already in use.
Moderate website chat
Hide messages from the public website feed. Social and marketplace comments must be moderated on their own platforms.
