Define
A collection with a shared identity.
Map the teams, athlete counts, sport, divisions and goals. Agree on the program identity, releases, permissions and responsibilities before individual cards move forward.
Forged Index for organizations
Build a card program around your athletes and supporters. Compare a 1, 5 or 10-team release, then plan your Forged Index organization license.
Lab 111 Sports connects collection strategy, approved design, manufacturing, launch support and private reporting for assigned products. Your organization's written license defines the approved tools, services, responsibilities and usage rights before access or production is approved.
For teams, leagues, schools, gyms and promotions. Applying does not enroll athletes, authorize charges or automatically grant access to a roster's data.
Build your program scenario
Start with your roster. Move the prices. Compare a 1, 5 or 10-team release before we scope your license and production.
Illustrative retail sales, not guaranteed earnings or a licensing quote. Initial quantities are editable planning assumptions, not a promised print run.
Slider: $25–$250. Enter a higher proposed price above if needed. Signature and authentication scope require approval.
Packs are planned for the auction platform. Their auction proceeds are not included in the retail total.
Plan specialty cards and packs at auction
Pack contents and pricing are reviewed separately. Allocate additional cards to packs; do not also count those cards as loose-card sales above.
Enter a pack price to include these packs in the sales scenario.
Uses your current athletes-per-team, quantities, proposed prices and sell-through. These are program sizes, not annual license tiers.

Forged Index for organizations
A connected framework, scoped to your team, league or organization. The film illustrates the idea; your written proposal defines the actual tools, services and rights.
One program. Connected work.
Start with the organization you already have. Build the collection and the support around it.
Define
Map the teams, athlete counts, sport, divisions and goals. Agree on the program identity, releases, permissions and responsibilities before individual cards move forward.
Produce
Coordinate artwork, athlete approvals and manufacturing. Confirm edition sizes and the commercial terms for your program rather than treating every card as an unrelated job.
Launch
Plan the content, sales offer and release experience. Add signing events, merchandise or branded materials when they fit the agreed scope.
Manage
Use your organization workspace to view reports for assigned products. Collector access follows verified purchases; private athlete and supporter data is not a public directory.
Your proposal defines the license term, fees, initial design scope, any production credits and operational support. Manufacturing and fulfillment are scoped separately. Final terms must be agreed in writing; there is no organization checkout or automatic charge on this page.
An organization license does not transfer source code, underlying technology or unrestricted athlete rights. Lab 111 and third-party technology remain with their respective owners. See the six components of Forged Index.
Your organization application
Your team count and scenario are the starting point. Tell us who you represent so we can review the right program structure.
An application is not a signed agreement, production order or payment authorization. It does not unlock sales reports or enroll athletes automatically.
Share counts and goals only. Do not upload a roster or children's personal information. Parent or guardian permissions and school, league and NIL requirements must be reviewed where applicable.

Start with the structure
The organization application asks for your role, organization type, sport, number of teams and number of athletes. Share counts and goals first, not children's personal information or a full roster.
Create or sign in to your Wix account and submit your organization request. Lab 111 reviews your authority, program structure and required permissions before approving access and assigning products.
Youth programs need verified parent or guardian permissions and review of applicable school, league and NIL requirements. Participation, inventory, licensing, fees and revenue terms follow the approved agreement.
No sales result, resale price or fundraising total is guaranteed. The Forged Index describes recorded activity and confirmed edition information; it is not a valuation service.
