Refund Policy

At Lab 111 Sports, we strive to provide high-quality branding, marketing, and fundraising services. Due to the nature of our products and services, our refund policy is as follows:
1. General Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on custom branding, marketing materials, digital content, or fundraising products once work has begun.

If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for resolution.
2. Fundraising & Revenue Share Programs

Contributions or purchases made through our fundraising programs are non-refundable.

Revenue share payments to participating athletes and professionals are based on actual sales and are non-refundable once processed.
3. Service Cancellations

Clients may cancel non-custom services before work begins for a full refund.

For ongoing service contracts, cancellations must be requested at least 14 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
4. Event Cancellations & Rescheduling

If Lab 111 Sports cancels an event, participants will receive a full refund or credit for a future event.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations by attendees.
5. Exceptions & Dispute Resolution

Refund requests outside of these conditions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
